Most manufacturers make remarkable things, then put a stock photo of a handshake on their website. The people who do the work are the best story a manufacturer has, and the best thing for a careers page.
These were shot on working sites, without stopping the work: a glance up from the press brake, a forklift driver in the loading bay, a trainer in his workshop. Portraits on the same visit give the business photos for its website, LinkedIn and recruitment.
